Once an order is placed and confirmed through our website, via email, phone, or WhatsApp, it is considered final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process and custom order handling, cancellations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

📦 2. Order Confirmation

  • An order is deemed confirmed once payment is received and an invoice or confirmation message is issued from our end.

  • By confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

⚙️ 3. Custom/Personalized Orders

  • Any custom-sized, OEM-labeled, branded, or made-to-order V-belts are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

  • These items are manufactured exclusively based on your specifications and cannot be reused or resold.

📅 4. Time-Sensitive Manufacturing

  • All orders are processed in real-time and prepared for dispatch or production immediately.

  • Due to this rapid processing, cancellations or modifications after confirmation are not possible.

🚫 5. No Refunds on the Following

  • Customer remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Delays in delivery due to incorrect address provided

  • Late cancellations once the item is shipped or manufactured

  • Product returns without valid reason (defective items are covered separately under warranty)

🔁 6. Exchange Policy (If Applicable)

While refunds are not permitted, we may allow an exchange or adjustment in future orders under exceptional cases such as:

  • Incorrect product dispatched by our team

  • Manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • In such cases, a replacement will be provided as per inspection and approval
